Multi-factor authentication and technical support

Starting September 10, 2024, we will be gradually integrating multi-factor authentication into our online services. This authentication mode will become mandatory to access these services. This measure is designed to improve user account security and prevent unauthorized access to your data.

What is multi-factor authentication?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requires you to provide additional information, in addition to your user code and password, to confirm your identity before you can access services. This enhances the protection of your account and prevents hacking. MFA also reduces the risks of intrusion and data theft.

After entering your user code and password, you will be prompted to enter a one-time six-digit code. This code will be sent to you by text message or in an message texte ou dans une authentication application.
